Nepal’s premium pacer Sompal Kami who was recently struggling with the ball for Nepal even rested for a few matches showcased dominance with the balls for Nepal.
Nepal was playing the final match of the Kibu Nepal vs West Indies Series at TU international ground at Kirtipur which the West Indies already sealed by 3–1.
Sompal Kami was brought into the attack by the skipper Rohit Poudel in the 3rd over after Sagar Dhakal provided early wickets for Nepal dismissing Kadeem Alleyne for just 11 runs in 6 deliveries.
Sompal Kami bowled a tight over conceding just 3 runs off the over stands tall on the expectation of the skipper.
Sompal was brought into the attack in the fifth over where he clean-bowled Mark Deyal in just the first ball of his second over but unfortunately, he had overstepped and was a no-ball.
Mark Deyal got bowled in the free hit too, Deyal got bowled out twice but that did not harm the West Indies side.
Sompal Kami was brought after 10 over in the inning to bowl the Seventeenth over of the inning and dismissed Matthew Forde as Kushal Bhurtel takes an easy catch.

Matthew Forde departed for 23 runs in 12 deliveries including 3 sixes in his name. Sompal Kami ended his 3rd over conceding just 3 runs and bagged his first wicket of the match after No-ball drama in his second over.
Sompal Kami came to bowl the last over of his quota and dismissed Fabian Allen on his second ball of the final over. Aasif Sheikh took the catch behind and West Indies lost their sixth wicket in the form of Fabian Allen.
Allen departed for just 3 runs in 6 deliveries. Gudakesh Motie was the new man in at No 8 for West Indies.
Kami strikes twice in his final over dismissing new man Gudakesh Motie for just 1 run in 2 balls. He conceded just 3 runs on his final over.

Sompal Kami ended his 4-over spell conceding just 16 runs, and picked up 3 wickets with an economy rate of 4.00.Nepal restricted West Indies to just 172 runs on the board in the 20 overs.
Nepal in the second inning started with Kushal Bhurtel and Aasif Sheikh where Kushal Bhurtel yet again departed early in single digit score.
Anil Sah and Aasif Sheikh played a good knock for Nepal as both scored half-century and Kushal Malla finished off in style scoring 22 runs in the penultimate over of the inning against Obed McCoy.
Nepal won the 5th match of the series by 6 wickets and ended on a good note despite losing the series against West Indies by 3–2.
Sagar Dhakal was the Player of the Match for his 3 wickets in 2 overs with an economy of 8.50.
