Nepal got stronger with the addition of a new Bowling Consultant to the management team. Roderick O. Estwick had joined as a Bowling Consultant for the Nepal Men’s Senior Team.
Roderick O. Estwick is a former Barbadian pacer, who is expected to add a turbo boost to Nepal’s cricket journey for the upcoming World Cup 2024. Estwick had already worked as a bowling consultant for the West Indies Cricket Board. The arrival of bowling Consultant Estwick is expected to make the bowling unit more stable with an experienced consultation.
Nepal had seen huge growth under the coaching of Monty Desai from Securing the ODI status with an unbelievable 11 wins in 12 matches then qualifying for the ODI World Cup qualifier. Nepal also played the Asia Cup under head coach Monty Desai. Monty Desai has been proved a boon for Nepal Cricket since his appointment as Head Coach. Monty believes in one ball battle with a happy dressing room approach.
Nepal also qualified for the T20 World Cup which will kick off in June in the West Indies and the USA. These are Nepal’s Huge achievements under the coordination of Monty Desai and Skipper Rohit Paudel.
