Six women Players from Nepal’s National team are selected for the Malaysia Super Womens League 2024 to be organized by the Malaysia Cricket Association from 24th April to 5th May, in Malaysia.
Skipper Indu Barma, Rubina Chhetri, Puja Mahato, Sita Rana Magar, Kabita Kunwar, and Ashmina Karmacharya are selected for the Malaysia Super Womens League 2024.
The 1st edition of the Malaysia Super Womens League was played in December 2020 where Northern Queen emerged victorious defeating Eastern Lioness in the final.
However, In the First edition of Malaysia Super Womens League 2020 players from only 6 different countries were featured. Australia, Singapore, Myanmar, Vanuatu, Indonesia, and Thailand players had participated in the league.
A total of 5 teams will compete in the Malaysia Super Womens Cup 2024 from 24th April to 5th May, in Malaysia. Here are the Five teams of the Malaysia Super Womens League 2024.

Malaysia Cricket Boards focus on cricket has significantly surged in the last 5 years as in Nepal. The Senior Men Teams of both Nepal and Malaysia battled in the ACC Premier Cup 2024 where Nepal defeated Malaysia by 5 wickets. Malaysia posted 143 runs on the board which was chased by Nepal in the 20th over with 4 balls remaining and Dipendra Singh Airee was the man of the match.
Nepal has also grown significantly in past few years from saving ODI status to qualifiying for ICC World Cup Qualifier and Asia Cup and now in ICC T20 Wolrd Cup 2024.
