Unmukt Chand Ignored By USA cricket

Unmkut Chand has been sidelined by USA Cricket for the T20 series against Canada which is set for April 7 Sunday at Prairie View Cricket Complex (PVCC), in Houston, Texas.

Unmukt Chand is a former Indian cricketer who had migrated to the USA in search of a better Career in Cricket. Unmukt Chand currently plays for Los Angeles Knight Riders in(MLC) major league Cricket. 

Recently, USA Cricket announced their 15-men’s squad for 5 matches T20 international series against Canada. Monank Patel will be seen leading the side for USA Cricket while Aaron Jones as vice-captain. 

Unmkut Chand who had played brilliantly in MLC with over 1500 runs in 45 innings is ignored by The USA Cricket. In January, Chand had shown his confidence about playing in the T20 World Cup against India and looking to test himself against the strong giants of world cricket. In the debut season of MLC, Chand was the top scorer of the competition scoring 612 runs in 16 innings and led his team Silicon Valley Striker to the title.

Unmukt Chand led India to victory in the 2012 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup On 26 August 2012 against Australia. Chand had played a brilliant knock of 111 IN 130 balls to defeat Australia.

Unmkut Chand made his IPL debut in 2011 for the Delhi Daredevils. Chand had also played for Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians. Chand had played 21 games scoring only 300 runs with a single fifty in his name. He had remained with Delhi Daredevils for 6 season.
