In the ongoing IPl 2024 edition on 28 March 2024, Riyan Parag played a sensational knock of 84 unbeaten on 45 deliveries for Rajasthan against Delhi Capitals. The match was played at the home ground of Rajasthan Sawai Mansingh Stadium. Rajasthan were batting first in the match where the opening batter failed to play big and Royals were struggling with the run rate till 15 over. Riyan Parag accelerated at the death over and played big for Royals posting a total of 185 losing 5 wickets.
Riyan Parag hits 4,4,6,4,6, and 1 in the final over of the inning against South African Anrich Nortje which became a sensation all over India and Cricket fans all over the World. Irfan seems to be impressed by Riyan Parag’s knock in the last 2 Matches. Parag played a beautiful 43(29) against Lucknow Supergiants as a result RR posted a total of 193 on the board. Lucknow failed to chase the target and RR won the match by 20 runs
