Hundreds of Flight Canceled in Sydney Aiport

More than Hundreds of flights canceled at Sydney Airport due to heavy rainfall in New South Wales, Australia. Five International and 109 domestic flights were canceled due to the rain according to a news report Chinese news agency Xinhua. There is chances of more flights getting delayed and cancelled if condition doesn’t improve.

According to the forecast of the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, more probability of rain is seen. More than 100 mm (4 inches) of rain on Friday morning is recorded with more intense storms on the way. The rainfall in the Southern-eastern region started on Thursday night and is forecasted to continue till Saturday. Warning and Alert have been issued for the region with high flooding risk.
